When it’s time for your outward-bound boots to hit the road, you can choose from three pristine national parks: Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia National Parks. Consider flashing back to the mid-century with a visit to downtown’s Fulton Street, site of one of the country’s first pedestrian malls. But before you don your hiking gear and get going out of town, take some time to get the feel of Fresno.
